My faith is not threatened by the beliefs (or non-beliefs) of others. If there's a post on Atheism that I don't want to read, I simply won't click on it. |

I know this statement is from several days ago, but it just caught my attention. I have no idea on what you base this assumption. I don't know who the people are that you'd expect to be so outraged by such a post, but I certainly would not be one. Admittedly, I probably wouldn't read your Atheist thread since it wouldn't interest me, and I don't bother clicking threads that wouldn't interest me, but there would be no "$#$%" flying because of it. And I actually would read your thread on Judaism. So, feel free to crank out either or both. |

If you're passionate about faith. (and I assume you are since you've been chiming in here, why would Judiaism interest you, but not creationism, or atheism? Is it because these beliefs are beneath you? Just a question. Im not trying to poke the bee's nest here. I just would like to know why one religious idea holds more water than another does for you. Anyway, I do appreciate your last post!~ |

I would think you'd actually prefer that it be "in the title," so that you won't accidentally click it and read it. It stands to reason that you'd be more upset if it weren't labeled, allowing you to click it unawares. With it being in the title, you're fully empowered to simply ignore it. And if you simply find the title "Meditating on God's Word" inherently offensive, I don't think that's Snuka's responsibility. As far as it being "every week," I simply see no evidence thereof. The most recent Biblical message I see from Snuka was posted on January 1st. He's posted other "quotes," but I didn't see any that were Biblical. I saw an Agatha Christie, as well as 2 from Dr. King. So, I'm not seeing these weekly Christian messages you mentioned, unless I overlooked them, or they were from someone other than Snuka. And even if he were posting them weekly, I'm not aware of that violating the Terms of Service of the messageboard. If it is a violation, the moderator obviously has every right to delete or ban such posting. But if it's not a violation, then Snuka has every right to keep posting. You can obviously continue to express your disapproval, if that's what you're into, since freedom of expression works both ways. But the irony is that you've helped a thread that offended you continue to live on 2 weeks past its origination. |

I'd say that you don't have the "mental capacity" and/or spiritual capacity to understand what I said. --------------- For anyone that was offended by this post, I didn't make you click on this post. This post was clearly labeled and you had a choice to read it or not to read it. Some of you still choose to continue to read it. My goodness, I ignore so much stuff on here that doesn't interest me and I don't complain because people post different things on here. People can post whatever they want in the "Off Topic..." section. You're really trying to censor me because you're not comfortable with God. As people in the entertainment field, you should object to censorship. I conclude that although you're debating against me, the spiritual part of you thirsts and longs for God. You're looking and searching for answers. Even though you feel and think that you're fighting against me, you're really looking for answers from the Lord Jesus Christ. The day may come when you have an encounter with the Lord God Almighty and you'll remember this little post on BackStage.com that caused such a fuss. |

I am not helping his post I am having a conversation about how i feel he posts ( I mean PREACHES) very often, it's offensive, i have to constantly be reminded that i am not as good as he is. |

I have put some inspirational quotes on here. Every now and then I'll put something on here of a spiritual nature that blesses, inspires and encourages me and because I choose to share that with others so I'll sometimes post those things on here. If you're offended then don't read it! No one is making you read it! You are choosing to read it! You're creating your own problem and offense by reading it. Do you read every single post on every board on BackStage.com? What you claim is so offensive to you is a blessing to somebody else. Why are you trying to block someone else's blessing? I never said that I was that good. I never claimed to be that good. I never said that you were bad. I'm a sinner saved by God's grace, love, mercy and favor! You said about the Lord God Almighty, "There is no such thing!" The time will come when you'll find out for sure if you're right or wrong about that. You are helping this post by keeping this conversation going, alive and at the top of this board by responding. Thanks! |

I have read Snuka's posts in the past. First point: Snuka never gave a damn about posting in "Off Topic" because he posted in "General Forum" in the old BSWest format. This could be a forum about freshwater fish tanks, and Snuka would preach and hijack-YES HIJACK-religion. All I know is Snuka has convinced me...that passive aggressive religious fundamentalists get all the attention...and yet I get more inspiration from my basset hound than snuka...I see God in both-It's just my dog is a little less condescending, and never preaches. Snuka, between us, God wants you to shut up about the bible. He doesn't even read your hacky posts on the message boards. And before you get all upset, I spoke to God and he said he loves us both HOWEVER thinks my posts are funnier and more interesting than yours, and God has a great sense of humor! Because God made us to be creative and thoughtful, so don't blame the messenger for the message. But God clearly talks to you more than to me, and I am jealous. I just speak to him once in a while, yet I get the feeling he enjoys our time together.

So i come here to backstage & here it is again. did it ever occur to you that I am jewish or atheist & really do not want to hear about it here? some Jews can't even go into a church. tis is not a church & again it''s not a topic about religion, it's MULTI times for a while you have been bringing it up take a hint: Knock it off again last week I went to my good friends band( A christain band) to support her so i am not condemning anything , but there is a time & a place to Preach & by Posting "GOD"S" word according to YOUR CHRISTAIN bible, that is preaching, ' why can't you understand this>?? |
