I did a project that is only available/viewable online, but I really want to get the footage from it. I'm sure it's possible, but I haven't been able to figure it out.

Anyone know how it can be done?

Download.com offers the program YouTube Downloader, which is free and has received good reviews. I don't have any personal experience with it, but it looks like it'll do what you're looking for.

no problemooo. i get videos from it all the time.

1). Go to www.keepvid.com and copy the video url and paste and click download. it should save as a .flv file
2). go to www.media-convert.com and click browse and find the video and make sure its on .flv for the input and make the output whatever you wnt it to be (i.e. .wmv, .avi, etc)

Thanks a bunch, it worked like a charm! You rock!

Now I just have to find a program to convert it to a more workable (editable) format... but that's not that hard.
