"What's up with Broadway" is the one thing that's damaging and polluting great acting productions in general -- COMMERCE.
Mounting a hit Broadway show or producing a major feature film is just so damned expensive that the "bottom line" trumps all other considerations. Who cares if the talent isn't so talented, as long as they can put butts in seats? Another sad reality that we all have to live with. SUPPORT OFF-BROADWAY PRODUCTIONS AND INDEPENDENT FILM MAKING.

Legally Blonde is doing great from what I've heard. I took my daughter to see it twice and it was an excellent show.
I do know they're changing the cast.... Margot (one of Elle's friend) is now playing Glinda in Wicked. Also, MTV is doing a "reality" show to find the new Elle because Laura Bell Bundy is getting ready to leave.
If the show was struggling, I don't think K-Fed would bring in any crowds since most of America despises him and he can't even hold a crowd at a free event.

Oh, I agree, K-fed won't bring in a crowd...I thought, if the show were closing, they would let him do it because they couldn't get anyone else. HA HA.
