You eat croissant right? Ever wonder how long they've been around? Or where they came from?

Any guesses?

With a last name like yours, I could only guess YOU'RE going to take credit! hahaha. French people, gotta love em. But Yes, those little buttery, pillowy, fluffity delectable crescent shaped morsels of deliciousness is one reason that I respect the french.....that and the menage trois

Croissant is from the French, meaning: "To cross over," as in, cross over from tougher bagels to a much fluffier product.

The term, "bagel" is not to be confused with "seagull," which is a bird that flies over the sea. Bay gulls only fly over bays.

A "menage a trois" is a French product that requires three birds, and can be messier than a buttered croissant with jelly. It can also be much more complicated.
