Snuka quoted the scripture (I think-although I never had time to read that stuff)and won the debate!!!Congrats, snuka. I tried to post, but the debate was over! Lesson learned, Mr. Snuka. One small request, I notice lately you limit your scripture posts to "off topic". Snuka, if God is everywhere, you must preach everywhere-child actor, agent forums, CD, even health and fitness.

I know, Emmie, I was being sarcastic when I said he won the debate, because he didn't debate-that would require thinking-or relating- to other human beings. I guess they locked it (the thread) because there were so many posts, but who knows. I think one thing that fascinates me about the debate is how an idiot who cannot think for himself irritates us...and it should, because when people can blindly read the Bible or the Koran or Torah-
(or, in my case my pet catfish Bubba's autobiography:"Fuck this 20 Gallon bullshit fishtank"- (and by the way, Snuka, Bubba will get more posts than you, if he wants),
and not have the common sense to temper it and use it in the right context (for example not on acting message boards-even if it is -open forum)-they have lost perspective of the human condition, and no religion would wish that on its worst enemies. Where have we seen fundamentalists hijack there own religions before? Hmmmm? I guess I should just talk about Bubba, my fish.

i knew you were sarcastic, i just wanted to make sure he knew it.
I do not dislike Snuka or think he is crazy, However It's very hard to get through to him & he doesn't validate anyone else's feelings here at all
& rarely answers our questions

eh, well, we win some, we lose some. I think the moderator just got tired (or dizzy) of snuka talking himself in circles. I don't blame the moderator for ending it. I do like how snuka proved his idiocy by not answering my final question though!
Or no, wait, he DID answer it, I just didn't like his answer....I suppose. hehehe.

Eaglesfan, I would love to produce a sitcom about your fish! I'll have my people call your people! Emmy, you still rock!

Thanks. For all we know, Snuka is some grad student doing a sociology experiment. The worst thing is,those of us who appreciate religion and free thinking get overshadowed by the passive aggressive hateful Snukas of the world.

No, Snuka isn't bright enough to have a degree, or even strive for one. I mean, he used to be a professional wrestler! hehe. It sucks because some ungrateful wanna-be stole the great Jimmy Superfly Snuka image and is putting it all over this site. Nothing is sacred, it seems. You make a great point eaglesfan. Look at politics these days. Poor Obama doesn't get to talk about the REAL issues, instead, he has a bunch of right wing christian smokescreen making fools in the media forcing him to defend is religion. THERE IS A SEPERATION OF CHURCH AND STATE, PEOPLE!!! I don't care if the dude worships shaved chickens in the middle of the night, if he can get gas prices down to $1.85/gal. I'll join him in the pale moon light and start the revolution with him!!!!!!

Eaglesfan, Snucka is just filling some need s/he has... could be the need to bicker, could be a need to preach, could be a need to just be noticed and receive some attention (and not caring what type of attention it is)... who knows? Anyway, the fact that he did not validate feelings or answer questions tells me that it is all about getting his/her needs met and not about honest communication (which takes other people's thoughts, feelings and rights into account).

I would apply this Needs-Based Theory to other highly focused and active posters on this board (and his endorsers) but I do not want to be called a conspiracy theorist.

Heck, I would apply this Needs-Based Theory to all of us. Who here is NOT here for themselves in one way or another?

Let's change the topic to something more important... your fish's sitcom. Can my cat play the bitchy villiness? She has not had any superior actor training but she is a natural for the role. She is completely in touch with that archetype.

Avidactor, can she audition for the role? Do you need headshots? Have your kitties call my kitty and they will do... ummm... lunch? kibble? mice?

Quit playing those mind games...the odd thing is, I had more funny and insightful stuff to add to the last post by Jason Benett-where I think you posted, and SHOCKER, the thread was closed, (probably because it was getting interesting). I love that guy, and appreciate his insights, but he just does not like any contrasting ideas, sense of humor, or distractions. Although I appreciate your offer, my fish says "I would never work w. archetypes, it's hard enough to memorize my fucking lines. And I sure as hell won't work w. sunspot's stupid cat-what am I suicidal? Those things eat us! I'd rather read a 55 page Snuka God post!" Don't blame the messenger.

Hahaha! I learned the mind games from the cat! I am glad that your fish haa a healthy will to live... and he is right, the cat would eat him. Heck, if I died in my apartment, the darn cat would devour me!

If there's anything I've learned from these posts is that no one can ever be deterred from their beliefs, no matter how flawed, bogus, or inaccurate.

People will believe that they'll believe, and no amount of logic, debate or discussion will ever change that. That is the ultimate folly and conundrum of life on planet earth.

As always,

"Whatever works."
