I'm glad I read all these posts. I asked a similar question on another forum and was made to feel (in my opinion) that it was my fault for badgering the agent or turning them off by my behavior. I have not been badgering the agent/manager. Nor do I want to step on any toes in any way. Thank you for not hammering those who have these questions, evidently it's not such a crazy thing to ask about agents not returning calls or emails. Have a good night.

actually my question had to with an agent/manager that one of my kids had and people thought I meant a different agency which made it even worse. One of the agencies is good but the one I questioned I felt wasn't since I never got any phone calls or emails returned. Now I know it wasn't just all in my head. Thanks again.
