Sadly, Casting About is only an LA company---perhaps there's another company like this in NY, but these guys are LA based.

And yes, very ironic that there were no changes in these current NY updates. I think its become the industry standard not to update, just to republish.

I don't know whether this is pertinent but I had gone into the Ross Reports for the movies that were supposedly still in production. I had sent an email to several of them for background work. One of the CD's was kind enough to email me back and tell me that it was from last year! I hope that they will start putting dates on these things if they are not going to update them more often.

nowcasting.com has very up to date CD listings for NY - with all the fall tv show assignments and movies being cast as of September. It's free to sign up for an account and then download the PDF CD directory.

I also cross check the addresses against the nycastings CD directory and IMDBpro. If there are serious differences, I call the office. Whenever I did call I found nowcasting to be spot on.
