You should report this to craigslist. From what they said when interviewed on the View, they do accept and appreciate receiving reports about any bogus/scam listings.

No agent involved. Rita and I were BOTH booked from cold mailing. At that time it was B/W xeroxed photo/resume folded into a #10 envelope. Rita is still getting residuals from it. Couple of weeks ago auditioned for a SAG national comemrcial from cold mailing 6x4 full color postcard

I wonder if this depends on the area in question? In LA it seems to be more than 60% scam. But perhaps in smaller markets without such intense casting infrastructure there is more legit usage of craigslist....
