I dont remember who said not to work with Kid's and Animals but they were half right. I shot a commercial for a large auto dealer in LA yesterday. I met the crew in Acton,California about 50 miles north of LA at a animal rescue farm. My costar was a 600 lb sow named Emily. She was not a team player! We spent 20 or so takes trying to get this pig into the backseat of a new car. Not a pretty sight I assure you. The director finally setteled on the last take because we had to move back to LA to film at a car lot before we lost the sunlight. The second part of the shoot was with a 12 year old girl who was dresses up like a cowgirl and her job was to act like she had a mouth full of chewing tobacco. After I said my lines ,she would spit a mouthful of brown juice into a jar. She was flawless and delivered evrytime. So if someone ask's you to do a spot with a pig say NO. The kid was a pro but not the pig.
