I love ab workouts. One of my favorites is 4 minute abs. Works great when you don't have a lot of time but want a good ab workout. You start with 30 seconds of flutter kicks then move straight into 30 seconds of bicycle crunches, then right into 30 seconds of V-crunches, and then right into 30 seconds of regular crunches. Then, you repeat the cycle. 4 minute abs- quick, but works your abs well.

Planks. They are hard, but really work if you can hold the position long after your abs start to burn.
Planks are similar to a push-up, only you keep both you hands together under your chest and stay in the up position. It is hard to explain, but just google it for a picture. Make sure you squeeze your abs while you are doing them.
