Hi,
I was wondering if you can get a retainer from your orthodontist to fix/straighten very minor teeth that you can wear at night or when possible? Is this an option?

Thanks

I have seen them but they are for people whose teeth are not that bad and only need a bit of shifting. I've not read how effective they are. I would suggest contacting ortho's in your area and finding out what they offer as alternative to braces. It is also going to depend greatly on how bad the teeth needed to be straightened are. So they will probably want to schedule and appointment for a prelim to evaluate the teeth and give a better idea on options they can provide.

Invisalign sounds right for you--they are clear, and removable. I and many others have used them with success. Just google it.

Thanks for the responses!
I don't have misaligned teeth, one tooth is just a very little bit tilted inward, which I want to fix. You can't notice it, but I can feel it & can see it at a close, side angle.
I feel invisalign is alittle tooo much, any other ideas?

Way back in the day my sister had a wire retainer, and never had braces. I'm going to guess that it'll be difficult to find an orthodontist or dentist who'll get you only a retainer, based on insurance crap and $$$.

I'm snarky.
