So, I was thinking this morning about when I should go to bed. I know it's silly to be thinking about a thing like bed time, but I'm serious. I want to be able to go to bed at around the same time, and wake up at around the same time. However, I feel if I go to bed too early, I'm missing out on things going on in the world;if I go to bed too late, I get up late and miss out on the world then too.
So I my guesstimate would be...12-8, or 11-7, 11:30-7:30. I dunno. What do ya'll think? I have the luxury of being in college right now, so I know that as soon as I get out of my protective bubble, I'm gonna be forced to go to bed earlier.

The old saying, "Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise", makes a lot of sense. For me, early morning is when I have the most energy, am most creative, and get the most done. Not only that, but late night activities are, many times, not the best for us, overall.
I wish I had that opinion when I was younger, but we get 'too soon old, and too late schmart'.
