1. Coffee- induces apoptosis, or dermatological cell turnover. This counteracts sun damage which can be accrued especially for us white folks. This may seem counter to the next beauty tip but as long as you don't over dose you should be able to keep regular sleep patterns. You know how Asians are well known for aging well? Probably the green tea intake has something to do with it.
2. Sleep- if you are serious about your career you want to stay as fresh faced as possible for as long as possible, especially if you have yet to break into the biz and already pushing thirty. It could take another five years of hard work to get a career off the ground, so if you like to stay out late partying and damaging your health with alcohol you may be neglecting this.
3. Fruit- Ever seen an older Thai person? Their skin is in great shape, despite coming from a sunny climate and having less melanin than other equatorial ethnicities. I believe that it is due to their high fruit intake, rich in vitamins and minerals. This helps prevent oxidative stress.
4. Exercise while good for your body is also good for your skin. It, like coffee mentioned above, increases the rate of apoptosis. This is amplified when combined with coffee/caffeine intake.

garlic, onion, honey, egg, fresh aloe juice in a mix and put it on your hair! i know it smells really badly and its hard to get the smell out, but it helps hair become thicker, fuller and helps problem areas regrow.
I smell like garlic most of the time, but it is helping.
