I've been looking into this brand for awhile. Its technically a nutritional body cleansing program. The main idea of the product is to "cleanse" the body, and weight loss is just a pleasant side effect of cleansing.
I've read some absolutely outstanding reviews on it by people who have said that they never felt or looked better after using the cleansing system, and I've also read horrible reviews by some people who said it disgusted them and made them sick.
Honestly, the first place I came across this brand was on myspace. One of the girls on my friends list is in really great shape, and shows it off with tons of pictures. According to her, everyone was asking her how she remains in such good shape, and instead of replying to everyone's comments/messages, she put up a blog with the information and this link in it.
I think you fasted after every two days of a shake and one meal.
I gradually gained it back. I think it was because I was eating more than one meal and not starving myself. My workout habits were the same throughout.
You feel better after any kind of cleanse. I just think Isagenix is something that you have to do for multiple months to get the full benefits.

Were there restrictions on the meal that you were supposed to have on eating days?
Ugh. Not eating all day sucks.
Isagenix is just too expensive to keep up with. I wouldn't mind shelling out the cash for the 9 day cleanse, only because I'm sure that I've spent that same amount money on different diet products. But it would be too expensive to keep up with this one.
I guess it would take some serious dietary/exercise changes in order to keep the weight off.
Which I suck at, because every week, I have a different craving for something. And its usually not healthy. Haha.

I think the Internal Cleanse Kit from Blessedherbs.com is better. I didn't have to change what I ate and still felt a difference after using the internal cleanse kit.
