Hey everyone,
I recently got into some shows, and I also have alot of school work to do, but I just started getting sick yesterday! What the heck?! So I have a couple of questions:
1) What is the best/fastest way to get better from a sinus infection? (I'm pretty sure that's what I have)
2) How do you fit in working out with such a busy schedule? Do you sacrifice sleep or what? I'm trying to juggle alot right now.
3) (This may involve this section of the website, not sure) How do you keep yourself motivated and stop procrastinating? I'm only 18, but I think if I stop this bad habit now, I will greatly benefit in the future.
4) Any advice on how to stay healthy? i.e. Not getting sick as often as I have been.

Keep in mind, I live in a college dorm, so I have limited resources and I'm constantly exposed to a lot of people all day.

Thanks!

wah your hands every 10 minutesWink
if you have a sinus infection, you need antibiotics, but maybe if you wait it out & you feel better, it could just be sinusitis.

If you get one of those aromatherapy hot packs, and put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes...place it on your face (around your sinuses) for about 10 minutes, 3 times a day..you may be able to avoid antiobiotics. The trick is to liquify the mucus...so steam, liquids and warm compresses! Feel better
