Em--Sloan Kettering has a wonderful reputation, but the key to your success is working with an oncological gynocological surgeon who you have confidence in. Keeping it local means keeping it easier on you. You're not in need of cutting edge treatment--as long as your doc has experience don't worry about the wheres and whos.

Glad to hear you're sounding "up" this week. It will surely be a roller coaster ride, I hope there are many more "ups" than "downs."

ia m so bored, it's 1am
i hope when this nightmare is over i will be able to sleep better again
i was supposed to get a surg date today (MON) went in & long story short, I HOPE to hear from them tomorrow, I sware, i can't deal with all this detail & BS alone, this is so hard sometimes, anyway just venting, thanks for letting me, I was watching My hero OPRAH today, about LIVING with cancer & death, & stuff like that, it was so inspirational but i just can't get there yet, ya know>?
anyway goodnight, HOPE LOL

Em, I love Oprah, too. Sometimes the soul stuff and the Secret stuff gets a little too out there for me, but for the most part, her show is fun and can be inspirational. I'm glad you saw the show, I was thinking of you when i did my daily check of her website!

It sounds so frustrating for you right now, that the scheduling and dealing with the health care system is almost as tough as the illness. Keep on chugging, one day at a time!

well i am getting nervous, not for the surgery itself but the aftermath
yesterday was my bday, it was a weird day, maybe because of wheats looming, i miss my parents more then ever right now
i'll prob be up all night, so i hope you ppl with insomnia are aroundWink
