It's almost 2:30am here, As usual i can't sleep, i never had an easy time sleeping but these pills i am on really make it worse!!!!

sleep? did you say sleep? actually i finally got first sleep in 4 days thanks to chemical help.acually fell asleep at wheel driving kids so docs said uh-oh your under stresss (you think?) adn gve me slleeping pill. never taken stuff before in my life. it actually worked. i slept 8 hours.wow. better living through chemistry

well, I don't have to make that disission it was made for me, & I am devistated!

Hey emmy, I can't say I know how you feel, but I sure do hear your pain. Of course no one knows but you what you are really going through. All we can say is that we are here to listen to your troubles. I have experience with cancer in my family, and I can tell you, I absolutely hate that word. Just fight back as strongly as you can with as positive an attitude as you can muster. Cancer feeds off of negativity.

Just out of curiosity, I thought New York was the city that never sleeps.

actually I am very proud of myself, wafter the inital reaction, I am being so strong, not having a support system is hard & waiting oon tests etc but i have never been so strong, in fact i am more worried about my sarcoidosis, then this cancer thing, again it's just not having a kid & wanting one so bad, & money & all but yup i will get through itl, like everything else

Em, I'm so sorry to hear about what's going on with you. I haven't posted here in a long, long time & I just happenned to see your post. The best thing is to just have a very positive attitude. Have you looked into Sloan Kettering Cancer Ctr in NYC?
