(3) Eat your veggies and healthy meats - your body needs nutrients
(4) Get a good night's sleep - your body needs rest. Minimizes wear and tear to your overall health.
(5) Eat most of your calories earlier in the day - big breakfast, medium lunch, smaller dinner; best way to manage your weight without starving yourself
(6) Exercise regularly
(7) Take care of your skin - don't roast like a turkey in the sun
(8) Manage your stress - do yoga regularly, meditate, etc.
(9) Do things regularly that give you joy (like acting!). A young mind can help keep a young body.
(10) Did I say good genes?
Good thing I have that, good genes, lol. Oh but I don't sleep that well at all.

OK... I'm going to get down to practical. I've got one word for you. Exfoliate. It is my #1 secret. Take ot from a true diva. You gotta slough off the dead skin. Clinique makes an awesome one and I've been doing it every day for years. No one ever thinks I'm even ten years close to my real age (mid 30s). Check out my model portfolio and judge for yourself. http://www.onemodelplace.com/model_list.cfm?ID=331733

There's no question that good skin care if vital. But I think it's far more important to concern yourself with your INNER health as much as what you put on the OUTSIDE. If you take care of this, your skin will automatically look better. Things like proper diet, daily exercise, and living as stress-free as possible are major contributors to inner health. ELDO's advice to "not drink, smoke, or do drugs" is wise, with the additional advice to NEVER, EVER SUNTAN!!! Sun bathing is the single most destructive thing you can do to destroy your appearance, not to mention increasing your chances of getting skin cancer tenfold. Tanning is twice as aging as either drinking, smoking or drugs, put together. If you can avoid it, it's the easiest way to maintain your youthful good looks. www.robertkim.com
