belong to crunch and 24 hour.... I vary my workout...weights 2 or 3 times a week and cardio 3 or 4... typically 1.5 hours of crosstraining type cardio used to do some martial arts too... TKD, a little wing chun...did a year of gracie jiujitsu too...but the body can only sustain some kickboxing now...on the bag... But hey one advantage is I live 2 short blocks from my gym and no hills..even though it's S.F.
