Does anyone have a recommendation on an appropriate work out routine for a 14 year old female. She is an actor/model but not interested in sports. She currently works out 3 times a week for about 50 minutes 20 cardio and 30 weights.

I am a certified personal trainer and it is not recommeded that teens under the age of 16 participate in weight training. As the bones are not fully developed, it could cause serious damage later on. Other things of interest might be karate, or cardio-kickboxing classes, you basic step classes or aerobic classes, and of course the hip-hop aerobics classes offered by many of the gyms in NYC and LA. I know off hand that Crunch offers such classes. I would look into alternatives other than weight training.
