I believe that drinking tea is far better than swallowing capsule after capsule. It goes directly into the bloodstream, and you'll totally miss the healthy effects to your teeth and gums by taking it in pill form, not to mention the much higher cost of capsules vs. bulk tea or tea bags. You definitely want to buy your tea in Chinatown. Much cheaper than in other stores, and higher quality. Also-- you may want to try WHITE TEA instead of green. It is far less strong in taste, lacks the bad aftertaste, and has up to THREE TIMES the anti-oxidants of the green variety (it is in fact, the same thing as green, only it is younger and non-fermented, giving it a much more mellow and pleasant taste). Drink the stuff every day!!! I have noticed several effects to my health that have dramatically changed my life for the better. www.robertkim.com

Here is a link to my absolute favorite place in Chinatown to find just about everything: http://nymag.com/listings/stor...m_man_food_products/Go downstairs and check out all their treasures-- good prices, too. Their tea department is awesome. I buy the tea bags (easier and no mess), the Prince of Peace brand, Premium Peony WHITE TEA (there are three different grades of white tea, peony is the best quality tea bag available). Outside of the dozens of great things green tea does for you, after only a month of drinking one big cup every day, I noticed a change in my dental health that was nothing less than a miracle. I used to have a lot of bleeding whenever I went in for my teeth cleaning, no matter how much I used my Sonicare or flossed. But when I just went in for my annual visit, my hygienist said: "Okay Robert, ARE YOU SEEING ANOTHER DENTIST??" I swore that I wasn't, but was as puzzled as she with the dramatic improvement in my gum health. I actually sat in my studio until I figured out what was different about this visit... then it hit me. I DRANK A CUP OF WHITE TEA EVERY DAY FOR A MONTH!! I Googled "Dental benefits of green tea" and found an article about a Chinese dentist who had, "discovered significant improvements in teeth and gum health in thousands of test subjects..." The darned stuff is so loaded with antioxidants that it's unreal-- good for you in so many marvelous ways, including preventing all kinds of cancers and reducing the free radicals that cause aging. It's really the Fountain Of Youth in a cup. www.robertkim.com

When she said that Ramblewoods, we both laughed out loud. It was right out of "As The World Turns." But my message was serious... white tea has beneficial effects that we have only begun to understand. I used to drink coffee all day long. I still have a cup now and then. But it's always a good idea to replace a bad habit with a good one (like replacing eating with exercise or smoking with chewing gum), and I'm glad that I switched to something with so many fantastic health benefits. Here's a link telling you all about it. Check it out: http://www.whiteteaguide.com/w...eahealthbenefits.htmwww.robertkim.com
