Has anyone auditioned and/or heard about callbacks for this?

My dd auditioned on Monday (4/28). They had her do the song (Truly Scrumptous) and then read some lines. I'm not sure if they had everyone read the lines because some of the girls and boys were in there after the music stopped and some came out as soon as the music stopped.

My dd auditoned on 4/24. She sang and did lines. We got feedback the next day that they loved her, but she was too small, so I think callbacks have been determined already.

I don't know about for kids, but there are still ECC's coming up next week, so I'd assume the casting process isn't fully complete yet.

Have a friend whose child (girl) was called back.

did they see non equity kids? and how tall was the height limit or what was the average for the kids called back?

Does anyone know how many children they are hiring? Will there be a kids ensemble? Is the tour doing long stops in cities or are they coming in & out? Any further casting news on this one? Curious to see where the process is leading!

We have an adult friend who found out last week that he booked the tour and starts rehearsals in August. He is Ensemble and US for one of the leads.

i was just curious if any one knows how tall the jemima is that was cast or at callbacks

She is about smailler than 4'5". I don't know her, but she was standing next to my daughter and that would be my estimate of her height.

the 2 little kids boy and girl were double cast.
