Where are most people finding auditions? I am very new to all of this and hoping for any help anyone is willing to give. How good is actorsaccess? are there anyother things or web sites. My DDs do not have agents as we live 2 hours from NYC. Thanks

The main ones are ActorsAccess.com, Backstage.com, and NYCastings.com (make sure it's NYCastings with an "s" at the end)

If you are close to Philadelphia, check out Mike Lemon Casting and Diane herry Casting. They both have open calls for mostly commercials

Also Nowcasting.com

I know a lot of people put this site down, including myself. And honestly it's rare to get an audition from there. But truthfully I have made more from the site than I have spent on it.
So if you have the extra few bucks a month I believe it's worth it.

Your daughters would need an agent to be seen by Diane Heery but she does post casting notices on her site but its mostly back round work. You should go to one of Mike Lemon's open calls and also one of Kathy Wickline's open calls she is another casting director in philly that see children.
