I have a friend who doesn't have an agent on paper,and she have sat up her own dummy services at home,she makes contact calls to the CD's,as a manager to get into auditions, when they ask her to electronic submit, she calls up an agent, and tells them a story, she gets submitted through their package, and she's into the auditions, when she books, the agent get their fee. This is a very clever example that I just made. When there's a will, there is a way.
