Auditions were on 6/8- they made a three sets of cuts in each group (am & pm) that day. Final CBs were at 11 am the following day. Cuts were made once again. My understanding is they will be choosing from those remaining at the end of the day Tuesday. GL to all.

And yesterday (june 20) there were more auditions. Also at Chelsea Studios. More girls than boys. Did two cuts during the day - one after dance, another after singing. Then all the kids read and they told us we were free to go.
Said they'd be deciding in the next two weeks and that we should notify them if the kids book another job.
hmmm ?

Does anyone know how many boys made it through the 6/20 audition? Made it to the end I mean. I know 6 boys made it through the 6/8 and 6/9 auditions. They offered two of those boys contracts and the other 4 were told they would make decisions on the other 2 boy parts in a couple weeks.

Were the kids all between 9 & 12 as the audition posting stated? Were they strict on that rule? How tall would you say the kids were that made it through cuts? My dd did not audition because of the age requirements.

They were very strict about the age requirements. Actually said at the beginning of the call if you weren't in the age range, to not even bother auditioning, as they would not cast anyone outside the stated age range.

Thanks for the info on the 6/20 audition My son is on hold for the Roly Poly part. He was one of the final 6 in the earlier audition. They wanted someone a little bigger and chubbier! But if they don't find that, who knows.... gL to all

they held auditions in houston this past weekend. it was not well advertised. roughly 35 kids there and we were there for 3 1/2 hours. not many boys, lots of girls! the age range is strict because they will only have one tutor on the tour. I am crossing my fingers for my dd and all of you!
good luck!
