Has anyone heard of the a supposed feature film that is casting for characters in North hollywood called Mexican gangster???

Are they asking YOU for anything other then your presence at an audition? If not, then I wouldn't call it a scam, regardless of the nature of the project.

As far as legitimacy... define legitimacy? Are you asking if it's a paying job? Because I would consider non-paying jobs legit too, and there are literally hundreds of those casting at any time.
