This is the picture I use for now. I am new to this and this shot is temporary. I don't look exaclty like it anymore mainly because my hair is shorter. Some feedback would be helpful.

It has also been touched up so that when I hand the printed copies out there is much less frizz and my face is touched up also.

Two things that really stand out.
Your eyes are not in focus.
You really need a hair stylist.
A MUA would also help in general.( Too much around the eyes and your lips need some work).

I agree that it is a bit too blurry and the angle is kind of odd.
