I like this shot. Nice composition, good smile and you look great. Here are a few hints to make it a bit better. I am not crazy about the background. Cityscapes are great, but they should not take attention away from you. You need to stand out from the background also. This can be done with some backlighting with a reflector to give your hair a bit of a rim. Have your photog desaturate your teeth to whiten them. I like the narrow depth of field that throws the background out of focus and off camera flash that throws a single catchlight in your eyes and adds modeling to your face. The detail in your hair below your face could be lightened a little, it is a bit muddy. Just a few ideas to help your HS.
