Could I use any of these to send out to agencies? Honest opinions would be helpful. I like #4 and #5. None of them have been retouched.

NO to the tie ones. The shirt is friggin' wrinkled! It's good to have a business shot, but the tie ones would fail in achieving that purpose.

But otherwise, you got a great look.

Ditto. Don't change whatever it is that's working for you. There is so much opportunity for your look now a days. I don't think many people can genuinely pull that look off any more than you could genuinely pull the business look off. Be yourself.

Thank you I appreciate the feedback, I will surely remember this in the future. Everything you two said was very helpful.

You have a great look and great bone-structure.

I'm not sure what your photographer was thinking with the styling and expressions. Especially something like #9...

I like you with a wife-beater look but none of these shots are amazing.

Thank you for the feedback.

The expressions were both our ideas I wanted to get a couple of character looks out. styling was my lack of a wardrobe, =) which I didn't let stop me.
When I get a chance I'll check out your work, and see what goes.
Good luck with everything, and again thanks for the honest opinions.

I really like 14 and 13, not crazy about the overall quality of any of the shots but I think those 2 are really good.

P.S.Thrift stores are good places to find wardrobe sometimes you can find things that still have tags for pennies. Also you can always "borrow" from a department store that has a liberal return policy, just keep all tags intact and everything clean and odor free (you didn't hear that from me though).

I don't know if you have enough to get new headshots, or if you even want to get new ones, but I found a photog that was used by a VIP on PARF (very important poster) that has used this one: http://www.idyllicphotography.com/. If nothing else, look at the site and get a feel for other headshots that are kind of unusual. Also, he broke a few rules, like hand next to face, lying on stomach in "mermaid" pose.
Something to think about.

Thank you lmarrie something that I could of done, and will do next time.
Thank you also nonstagemom, I was batteling those thoughts for a while, I truly feel that I could take unusual shots like #4 and without it being to much of a distraction. (Or just use that shot on my follow up postcards). I don't know....
All I know is I really want to thank everyone on backstage for helping all of us newbie actors that don't really have a supporting cast, answer our questions and concerns, and offer advice and their knowledge.

Maybe after you've met the CD, and signed the contract, is all I'm saying, on #4.

I don't "get" many of the facial expressions. You have great bone structure, use it. Don't let you face hang slack.
The dangerous expression (with facial hair) is great.
I would like to see you in a business suit, smart and focused - young crusading lawyer type.
You have a prominent Adam's apple. Reduce it with photoshop.

You have a good look, bone structure, hair...5,7,8,14 work for me. I would have liked #4 better if the hair wasn't right in the middle of your nose, but it's interesting never the less.

I agree with somuchtodo that your face is slack in some of the photo's. But, don't photo shop your virile adam's apple!
