That first shot bothers me, I feel like you are straining to lift your head up as the others have said.
The 2nd shot is your strongest, it needs a bit of post work though....I would have your photographer or a retoucher take the warmth down a tad and bump up the exposure a bit, but I like the expression.
The last shot on the beach....please don't use that shot, it looks like a vacation photo.

Agreeed. You can't use that first one either- at all.
"A woman, standing nude, looks in the bedroom mirror and says to her husband, "I feel horrible, I look fat and ugly. Pay me a compliment.? Her husband replied, "Your eyesight's damn near perfect." He never heard the shot."

I love the second picture the most. It's natural and it reveals your beauty. The other shots are beautiful but the first one makes your head looks too swayed, it's rather distracting. The fourth shot will be my other favorite, love your smile and energy. Perhaps, you could work on the color and clarity on these shots.
The second shot of this series is certainly NOT the best possible choice for your age and category.
The bare arm above the head combined with the spaghetti straps are more suited to a "come hither" cheesecake photo than a fresh young ingenue, which is clearly the case here. The bad lighting and distracting garage door only makes matters worse.
For your age range, the final shot is the most appropriate. But shooting on the beach in broad daylight is the worst possible place to take headshots, as this photo dramatically proves.
