Although I submitted photos of both my dds to a well known agency, they only called me about signing my younger daughter. The problem is that the desire to do this really came from the older one, My little one is very excited about the opportunity anyway. Any advice about approaching the agent with my older one as well now that I'm sort of in with them for one?

I think you have to be careful on that one. If the agency wanted your older daughter they would have said so at the time of requesting to represent the younger daughter. If you ask them to take your older daughter they might say yes but not have the same enthusiasm. You may want to continue to find someone else to represent the oldest. I had 3 daughters in the business at one time but in the end my youngest got the most work and is still plugging away. My middle daughter decided she enjoyed being behind the camera and is a make-up artist and my oldest is a teacher! I guess what I am saying is that it will all work out! Best of luck!

Wow, That's a hard one. I wouldn't take the older one to the interview, but if they ask to sign the younger one, there is no reason to not ask about the other one (out of earshot of the younger one). Perhaps they did not get her pictures or perhaps they just have too many in her category. You should probably discuss this with both kids before you go and try to cover all of the possible outcomes. Good luck and let us know how it works out.

If they do not feel they can send her out do not push it. Sometimes they will sign all kids to get the one, and then never send the others out, just make sure you look around at lots of agencies before you ever sign with any.

Thanks so much! I will try to find my older daughter her own agent, or maybe at least wait a while until my younger one is established a bit!

to be honest, i wouldn't sign your youngest with that agency. if i were in the position, i would find a different agency that would sign both of them.
