Okay, so I'm going to meet with an agent this Saturday and I have a question. In my headshot my hair is a tad longer then it is now.

In my headshot my hair is down and to the right, the look that most boys have.

But I decided I like to brush my hair back in this slant.

By doing this am i changing my "Look"?

Because I like both hair styles.

Does this mean i have to get new headshots??

Also when i meet the agent and i have my hair brushed back, could i still bring my headshot with my hair brush down. Because they said to bring a recent photo of yourself..

This is confusing.....please help!

So, to answer this question I have to use my life (as egotistical as that sounds):

Anyway, I met with an agent too, about a month and a half ago, and I decided to go as my headshot. I am a girl so I straightened my hair like my headshot and tried to copy my makeup exactly. It just so happened that only 1/2 of the partnered agents were able to speak to me at that time so I was asked to come back tomorrow. I decided to wear my hair down naturally wavy/curly with not as much makeup as the day before. The one who didn't get to see me loved me and I signed with them and after being with them for a week and having a "photo meeting" we all decided that I should get new headshots with my hair like this and not as much makeup (basically a more natural look) because they had certain kind of characters in mind for me.

Moral of the story, go however YOU would like (as long as you didn't dye your hair an extreme color or completely shave your head). They may like what they see in front of them rather what is in the 2D picture. After all, your picture got you in the door so now is your time for your personality and your true self to be seen.

And the headshot question, don't get new ones unless they tell you to and they think this "new" look would work better for you.

You want your headshot to look like you and that is all that matters. Everybody wears their hair differently on a daily basis. Whatever you like and brings your personality out is what is most important.

I don't know about you but I wouldn't worry about this and instead worry about the interview itself if they gave you a scene or whatever you have to prepare.

Best of luck!
