After a person graduates from college and starts out in the big ol' acting world, there is a good chance that that person doesn't have professional credits to make a resume. Is it then ok to list what they did in college or do they have to wait to get PROFESSIONAL gigs? I was just thinking about this because I know alot of casting directors want experience and wondered how you could get into shows when they all want experience under an actor's/actress' belt.

You have to start somewhere, and if you've been performing through college, those credits are valid. You can start removing them as you get work.

Good luck!

Best,

Ron
