As a side note, I've been told I look like a Black David Archuleta. Haha, I hope that's not a bad thing.
But anyway, if you can help selecting from some of my favorites, I'd appreciate it. I'm not sure how well some of them work, but I'd like at least one commercial, one theatrical from this bunch.
I know a lot of these have that same red shirt, but those were my favorites. I hope they're alright. Be nice, but constructive please! :]
EDIT: I removed the last two pictures because they are clearly unusuable, and I should have known that from the start.

Hi Cameron. First off, you have a great look! I see a lot of commercial work coming your way, great smile!
However, as far as headshots go I think you've come up short. Granted, a couple of these are acceptable but with a look like yours I'd step up and get something with stronger lighting technique and composition. You can scratch the last two because the logo on your shirt is way too distracting. The photographer should have told you that immediately.
Most of the others are either too flat, need some serious retouching or have an awkward composition. He also lit you from below in a few and it's pretty distracting. If I absolutely had to choose, I would use 1 or 3. Those are acceptable. But we don't want acceptable, we want exceptional! Beat out your competition and find a photographer that can really pop you out from the rest.
Aw, that's disappointing. But I appreciate your honesty and critique and will absolutely take that into consideration when I have the financial room to take another batch. Thank you!

Oh! And, can you give me advice on what should be retouched in my pictures? I don't want to take away some of the flaws that are naturally there, such as the lines around my eyes. Or maybe I should? i'm not sure, I'll take any advice you have to offer.
Should I have a retoucher focus more on evening out my skin tones? Maybe remove blemishes (though I'm not sure if I really have any noticable ones in the pictures), or just edit the lighting effects?
And I completely agree about the logo, even I should've known better than to do that.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm not sure if it's possible to close this topic but feedback has been generally consistent and I will definitely take everyone advice next time around. Thanks again!

actually! i decided to just do a little bit of color revamping, hoping to adjust the skin tones to look a little more even and make the red pop a little less.
does that look a little more appropriate?

The firt of these 2 looks greenish or maybe cyanish, look at the eyebrows. They both look a little overworked. I like the second shot better when you firt posted it as the first shot above. If you have the raw files try to color correct before processing to jpg this will produce a cleaner, balanced look. Also notice the eyes in the first shot of these 2. The low light source is too low without a higher main light source causing a deep shadow under your eyes. Also your teeth are very white compared to the white of your eyes.
I think they're great! You should focus on the energy from you, the retouching is only minor. I think smiling with the red shirt is very commercial. I like the theatrical in that shirt as well, just crop it real tight, you won't see the logo. All the printing places do retouching for a fee. They have pretty much a basic retouch package. If you want specifics you can always find somewhere more expensive. Argentum has good prices for printing but Reproductions in the valley has cheaper prices in retouching.
