How often do you do headshots. My daughter did her first ones in October and she still looks the same so I am wondering what the rule of thumb is.

In my opinion, there are only two instances when you need a new headshot.

First, when you no longer look like your current photo (your hair style or color dramatically changes, obvious weight gain or loss, or you've
simply gotten older), and secondly, when your current headshot is no longer opening doors or booking auditions for you.

If your headshot hasn't worked from Day One, this trumps all other considerations... get yourself a new one, and the sooner the better.
