Hello Everyone.
I don't have theatrical representation right now. I have bugged my boyfriend to death with showing him pictures and I need your help.

Honest feedback on this theatrical headshot for Agency submissions.

thank you in advance.

You're very attractive but there's just no connection with the camera in this shot. Also, I am not a fan of the "almost naked" look in headshots: it distracts from your face.

I'll give you that: You are gorgeous. Your eyes could speak wonders to the camera. It just doesn't in this one.

Its no biggie, just do a reshoot, and wear something neutral in color, and just try to tell a story through your eyes.

This is a glamour shot- not a headshot. You are too airbrushed and you being so cute, I am sure there was no need for that much retouching.

I'll just echo what everyone said.

You look stunning, but there's just a blank stare into the camera.

Reiterating what everyone else said (you're gorgeous, but you look naked and your expression is blank; next time wear a less revealing shirt and find a photographer you can "connect" with through your eyes) and also, I wanted to add that the wall behind you has too interesting a pattern. You want a non-distracting background.

It looks like a competent studio lighting photographer shot this, however not someone who is used to shooting headshots IMO.

The highlights on your face are blown out and the left side of your face is in shadow, he should have used a fill light.

Also, TMR is correct, the wall is too close to you, it needs to be out of focus.
