Hi i know i should staple my resume on the back of my headshot in all four corners but where do i put my cover letter? Then i stick it in a manilla envelope and send it off right?

and for film/tv you dont use a smile headshot right.. its a more serious but approachable non smile right?

Thanks

staple the resume to the headshot, making sure to trim the resume so it fits the 8x10. i usually paper clip the cover letter to the resume side, so that they can see the headshot first.

as far as smiley headshots go, i would say it depends on the role. If it's a dramatic film, go for the more serious headshot. if it's a comedy, you'll probably want to send the "commercial" or smiling headshot. just think to yourself what picture better fits the role.

hope that helps! =)
