Hi there, I'm majoring in Film Studies at university. Is there a way I could incorporate this into my acting resume? Or, since it isn't acting, is it not relevant and should stay off the resume? I feel like it's given me a better understanding for acting, though (depending on the class, we watch films and analyze things like lighting, camera movement, mise-en-scene, music, editing, etc). Let me know what you think, thanks!

You can always include your education info if you'd like. Film Studies is a fine thing for an actor to major in. Many actors don't study in a university/college setting but privately.
Eventually, though, when you can build up your resume you'll probably want to remove this in favor of acting credits.
It is never a bad idea to list education. Just list what you are studying and where as it relates to acting, not the induvidual classes. Always leave your education on your resume. It depicts you as a more rounded, educated individual.
When I was in college, I took many classes hat focused on different areas of film making, but most of them are not directly related to acting, thus I list my overall college education/degree. I also list my acting teachers from college separately.
