My advice folks….. Stay away from this sad excuse called a “business”. Formally Digital Pro Lab & Seiflow

A majority of professional Headshot Photographers from Toronto has abandoned this shabby, ill run business. Film has not been processed as promised; headshots have not been printed and delivered to actors when guaranteed and they even have the gall to use somebody elses image to promote their business without permission.

If you know anyone else who has had issues with the lab, please let us know.

I am a headshot photographer in Toronto who has been dealing with this lab for over 5 years. 5 of the top working headshot photographers in this city have left this lab due to poor service, lies, stolen property and the use of images to promote this US based website. I agree with the two posts above and would like to warn fellow actors to STAY AWAY from this “sad excuse for a business” called Headshot Depot. I ordered $200 worth of Headshots from them 4 MONTHS ago and have never received them despite countless strings of emails and phone calls to the company’s owner, Doug Hagen. I’ve also filed complaints with Pay Pal and the Better Business Bureau but neither has yielded any results. This company claims to be in New York on their website but they are apparently in Canada. Any suggestions on where to report this in Canada?....Doug Hagen should be held accountable for his repetitive fraudulent activity.

I have order from Headshotdepot 5 or 6 times over 3 years with out any problems. The printing is great and the turn around time was also good. The customer service is outstanding

Also my headshots came out of NY not Toronto. Let me know what happens after you talk to Stacey. I just received a new back of headshot and they are perfect. All my friends use this site and none of them has had any problems.

I have also order 7 or 8 times from headshotdepot.com with out any problems.

Once my prints were damaged but they rushed out another set of prints next day to me.

My photographer suggested headshotdepot to me and I always use headshotdepot for all my printing.

Dancer have you contacted the owner or customer service? I would suggest asking for the owner if there was a problem with your order.

Hi guys! This is my first post ever on the board and I really had to respond to this post. I used Headshot Depot a couple of months ago. Firstly I submitted my order and didnt hear ANYTHING from them for a month. Then I got in touch with them and they said they were working on it. Another 3 weeks went by without a word. Then I started stalking them, emails phone calls, the works. It took me 2-3months to finally get my pictures and one I finally got them, they were a MESS! They look like I printed them up at Kinkos or something. So I would have to agree STAY AWAY!

My agent only lets us order from headshot depot because of the quick service and the quality is the best compared to any other reproduction company.

Ordering prints the past 3 years from headshotdepot with out any problems. The only thing I can suggest if you have problems give them a call they always gave me great service.

I just places 3 orders this month and received them with in 4 days.

I do know if they get a file which is too small or poor quality they will contact you and slows the process down.

I have to say I will continue to use them because of the quality of the printing

something fishy/strange going on at headshot depot - i used them in the past and got good results. but, my latest order: they have not sent the prints, i've emailed several times and they do not respond, i've called several times and they have a new excuse each time, i opened a complaint on PayPal, no results -- it's now 2 months and no prints!! i'll never use them again!
