I'm presently looking at photographers to get new headshots. I'd like to take a couple of shots that are full length and/or 3/4 length for my website-- something to break up the headshot monotony. Is it reasonable to ask this of my photographer to take a couple of these shots? Or is this taking advantage of the session?

I’m sorry if this has been covered before-- I spent an hour searching for it, but couldn’t find it.

It's not much to ask at all and if the photographer refuses, you've picked the wrong photographer. 3/4 shots are standard in a session for some commercial use. Should be just fine. Find a laid back photographer that's easy to get along with, that eliminates the stuffy ones with strict rules right off the bat.

Good luck!
