Dear madds, If it's only a snapshot, quality really doesn't much matter. Most beginners shoot their headshots outdoors. Simply get under a tree or in open shade, and take you photo there. This will drastically reduce your eyes' tendency to squint on a sunny day. Make sure you position yourself against a plain background, and you're good to go! If you decide to take it indoors, just make sure your camera is in the "FLASH" mode. "Whatever works." www.robertkim.com

Madds, Congratulations, and enjoy the program. BTW, Robert's advice is sound. Ron
