As above - where to list awards in the resume?

Let's break it down...

An award isn't a performance, nor is it a special skill.

The only place that makes sense is listing it under education/training. There are certain aspects of education that rate special merit and consideration, so it seems reasonable that anything that connotes outstanding credit or accomplishment should be included here.

Hi! If you got the award for a specific role or the movie/play you were in won at a certain festival, you can put an asterisk next to that role or movie/play and then note the award at the bottom of the section or the bottom of the resume with a corresponding asterisk. Don't put too many of these--select the most important ones. Hope that helps!

Thank you - I'm from Europe and in my opinion (maybe I'm wrong), even very well-known european actors, awarded on the most important festiwal, like in Berlin, are not known in US, so I think those awards are worth mentioning.
