Here is another example of another photographer in Roma:

Where a photo is taken is of no importance whatsoever.

These are technically perfect, but they are modeling photos for a model's portfolio.

In the U.S. we differentiate fashion headshots from acting headshots -- fashion photos emphasizing more glamour and fantasy, acting headshots stressing a more naturalistic and honest approach.

The best way to see the difference is simply by comparison. You may click on my link below, or check-out the Photographers Headshot Directory by going to www.reproductions.com to see the work of the best headshot photographers in LA and NY.

These are not what we in the US call headshots. If you go to reproductions.com you'll see what we consider headshots.

I'm a girl around your age, and I just want to say that OMG you are so freaking gorgeous, everyone on this site is probably in envy.

But the shots are more fashion/beauty than headshots.

Don't let yourself be talked into major expenses.

Those are good images, and even though they aren't exactly headshots in the LA style, they are better than most headshots floating around.

They show you're drop dead gorgeous.

Believe me, this doesn't only count in advertising...

If you really want it to look more like a headshot, then just crop it.

Which meansÖ cut off everything but the head/face.

I'd rather spend my money on acting classes or on getting work.

Or on getting connections.

You can always get LA/New York style headshots later.
