When shopping for representation, one initial headshot may be all that’s necessary. But when you begin to submit in earnest, one photograph is hardly sufficient for a working actor’s needs. How many headshots you’ll ultimately need is dependent on two factors: What your goals are, and what kind of roles you’ll be submitted for. I generally shoot between three to six different looks for each actor. These choices must be made carefully, with an eye to creating the specific photographs that different roles require. There are so many variables involved in this process that I rarely make these decisions without meeting the actor in person. However, a recent snapshot will suffice when a personal consultation is not possible. “Whatever works.” www.robertkim.comhttp://www.imdb.com/name/nm0453647
