Sorry guys, I didn't mean to put that size of a pic up. Is there a way to size it down? Thanks

Poor color, yellow teeth, no expression, out of focus, yellow teeth, no expression in the eyes, weird color, overexposed.

Looks like a friend has taken a snap at you with his point and shoot.

Sorry. but this "headshot" will not do you any good.

Rafe, a couple of things.
1. Never post a pix on the internet any larger than 800pixels on the longest side!
2. Depth of field is tooooooo short. Should have been stopped down so that all or most of your head is in focus, not just your eyes.
(it looked a little better when I saw the gallery on your other posting)
3. Some sort of post processing should have whitened your teeth. I use desaturate. Not to the point of being obvious, but it helps.
4. Simple color/contrast adjustments to fine tune your picture.
It helps to have someone that knows how to retouch photos, like a pro photographer....

Hey guys, I appreciate the feedback. It is helping out alot! I know the teeth need to be whiter, so don't worry about that. Everyone seems to agree on that. LOL. Please look at these two pics and let me know what you think. Thanks guys!!

Here's some advice.

Learn to make a decision on your own. The worst thing you can do is choose a headshot by committee. And there are very, very few people here whose opinion I would take any stock in. Seriously - you know what you look like and whether a shot is flattering or not. Trust yourself. The sooner you learn to do that, the more confidence you will have in every aspect of your performing career.
