I auditioned for a speaking part on an episodic and got the part; now the project is pending filming; not sure when filiming is going to be. Can I list it on my resume somewhere or do you have to wait until filming is complete?

If you landed the part, you can list it on your resume, even before filming. Just be honest about it in an interview when asked.
