I just got my new headshots shot. Now I emailed both agents (here/LA) from the same office w/the password to get on the site, how long does it take to get back to me? When I last did it, I came to the office and showed my proof sheets and that took a week or so.

It depends. Sometimes they keep things in a file and it could take months (if they have people who look like you already). If they are interested more then likely you will get some kind of response / contact right away.

The people that I emailed, are already my agents. I wanted them to choose which one I should get printed up. Or advice which one they liked better. Or do I have to keep kind of bugging them? I know my second agent, I had to kind of bug them to find out if they looked at my proof sheet, so that I can get them printed.

I wouldn't ask an agent to go over hundreds of proofs from your shoot. Narrow them down to a few choices, and tactfully ask for their advice. A good agent should want to help you but may resent having to do ALL the work.
There's a total of 20 shots (best) on his site. I emiled my agent the day I got them( 2 weeks ago tomorrow) and last wed and I called my agent up here twice-last mon and yesterday or should I just go w/one that is the most popular. One person liked 2 of them and another like several. Another 1 liked one of them which is the same number that the other 2 chosed. The one that chosed several, thinks I could use all off them depending on the role I'm auditioning for. I have to make my choice then make another appointment to get the one(s) retouched (he wants the person there in person).

It's been 3 weeks for the LA one and 2 for the Seattle one. I don't even get a returned call for the Seattle one (I have to give him/her my password to get onto the site).

It all depends on your relationship with your agent. Some agents are very good at communicating with their clients and will sit down with them and go over their potential choices. Others will be very vague in their instructions and decisions.
Agents are just human beings also, their choices aren't necessarily the right ones. Headshots are very subjective. Get as many opinions as you can!
My advice to most people is to print 4x6s of your favorites. Mix them up. And show them to people and watch which ones they pause to take a second look at. Those are the ones that are attracting attention and the ones you should probably use.
