No. It looks too much like a snapshot and does not POP. You can do better.

Cherry, It seems the photog may have used an umbrella as shown by the highlights in your eyes. It is much too harsh. The light should fall off across your face. A softbox or a diffuser on the umbrella would have been a better choice. See the shadows on your nose? It should be much more difused and softer. These photos look more like a identity photo for a drivers license or photo ID.
These photos scream out non-professional. Unfortunately, if submitted to casting directors, it will be YOU that they assume is non-professional, not the photographer. Invest in professional headshots -- it's a crucial investment in your career and it will be worth it.
You've got a great look -- a bit like Hillary Swank.
Also, I think you are too old for that haircut. I don't mean that offensively... anyone over 13 is too old for that haircut. Style it or get layers or something for your next headshots!

That's called a "fruit salad," or in Korean, bi bun, all mixed-up.
I've noticed that many Native Americans look Asian, Innuits even more so. Something about that "land bridge" thing.
Evidently, Cherokee is a major influence in American culture. Elvis was 1/4 Cherokee- he even played a full-blooded Native American in one of his rare dramatic roles.
I met Keanu Reeves' sister at ESCA restaurant when I was still in my Hells Kitchen studio, and I asked her the same question I asked you, Cherry. She told me that Keanu is actually 1/4 Asian, his grandfather 100% Chinese.
If you ever visit Hawaii, they will immediately think that you're "a local," a "hapa" ("half"). You look exactly like my niece!
Hey, I'm about to spill some honest critiques so I hope you would take it constructively or just shrug it off. Honestly, you have one of the more beautiful faces I've seen. You have strong cheeks and beautiful eyes. However, photographs do not look professional at all. The makeup does not come out the way it should in the photograph. I understand that you might be achieving a more natural look but try subtle professional makeup techniques (by artist) to highlight your features in these photographs. Also, the posture in the first photograph is a little off. In the second photo, the grin might not work well for where you're promoting these photographs. Overall, I think it's a waste to see a beautiful face hidden beneath those shots. Please do not take this the wrong way. This is the big league, you need big league headshots for big league success. The cliche you only get one chance to make a first impression has never applied more than now. You are way hotter than these pictures! Make sure you get a professional makeup artist to highlight your eyes. Good luck!
