Wow, you've got leading man all over you. Usually I suggest going to a professional photographer, but with you I must INSIST on it. You deserve better and I guarantee doors will open in a big way. You've got a fabulous look that'll make waves in the right agent's hands.
Good luck, go see a professional immediately and stop messing around with snapshots like this. I won't go over why this is a poor shot, just see the countless threads before you on bad headshots, they all apply here.
Patrick oh Patrick. HOW long have you been on these boards, honey? Long enough to know what is and isn't a good headshot. There is no excuse for this and you and I both know it.
We have been over this before, too. Many times.

Same question, Pat.
Remember this drunken mug shot of Mel Gibson?
Mel's is better.
This isn't rocket science. Time to get real about your career, buddy.
It could be finances or just the fact that you live in Kentucky that you can't seem to get decent headshots.
I'm willing to "put my money where my mouth is," Patrick. Just get yourself a R/T ticket on Jet Blue and fly out to the Big Apple for your next headshots. I'll pay your airfare.
You people are ruthless a bit to honest lol but i was getting a good suit shot done and that turned out well lots of people love those pictures but he just took these headshots on the fly and i did not think the headshot were that awful i have gotten awful pictures in los angeles also but the full suit shot came out really well i look at the headshot the styling is bad the green shirt does not go well with the suit a blue shirt which i look awesome in goes much better but i do thank you dfor being honest and the comments about my looks i thank you for that to guys andn gals!!!

My goodness...
Can I make a suggestion? Although the headshot itself is terrible (it looks dark and murky, the background is two different colors, and overall it looks like a snapshot rather than a professional headshot)...despite that, you appear to be a successful, handsome man who should have no problem being called in once you get proper professional headshots.
However...the above post from you totally dispels the idea of a professional! You sound like some kid texting to his friends, rambling on and on incoherently and having no concept at all of spelling, punctuation or grammar.
I know some people say "Oh, it's just a message board, I don't have to be formal" - but the fact is, a message board is public communication. As an actor, you should always want to present yourself in a professional, competent way.
I'm not trying to be harsh, but just making the suggestion that even on a message board, you should strive to communicate in an articulate way, with complete sentences (not rambling run-on sentences) and proper punctuation. Imagine if an agent or casting director saw that post - would they see you as a competent, professional actor who is serious about his career? Think about it.
Good luck.

(Ironically, right after that post, I came across one of Morgin Felicia's sensible, intelligent, well-written posts. All I could think was, "If only all the adult posters could write as well as this 12-year-old!")

An uneducated, non-gramatically inclined actor- on THIS board? SAY it isn't so!!!!!
And I agree. Patrick, how old are you???? Get off the internet right now and go read some plays or books. Try some Tolkein (oh, that's J.R by the way, J.D. Salinger or even Stephen King if you like horror. It will help. Trust me. Who knows- you might actually enjoy the book too.
I don't care how ruthless we seem. You needed to hear this and TMR was right to say something.
