Hi, hi, hi. I am planning on using one of these two headshots for submitting for film, and would love some opinions on them. The first has been retouched, the second, not yet. Thanks!

Both nice shots.

The first shot will work for certain submissions, but you seem a little less relaxed in it.

The 2nd shot is much more approachable and you can use it for a wider range of roles.

The degree to which you are tilted in the first one bothers me a little. I think if you rotate it so that the eyes are even horizontally you'll seem a little more engaging.

Also, maybe think about cropping off a bit of the bottom of the shot (or a bit of photoshopping to close the gap). I am not a fan of looking down into an open shirt -- draws the attention away from your face.

stricly from a professional standpoint, the shirt makes it appear that you are missing your left breast.
